LASH EXTENSIONS BOOKING POLICIES


DEPOSIT POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is due at time of booking.

Remaining balance due on the day of in cash only.


Please read the policies prior to booking an appointment. Address and appointment reminders will be emailed to you once deposit is made.


If you are looking to get a fill with lashes on from another tech please reach out before making an appointment. If the appointment is accepted there will be a foreign fill fee of $15 as well as a consultation.



RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY 

If a client needs to cancel/reschedule please let Rosajane know at least 48 hours ahead of time. The deposit may be transferred ONE TIME ONLY if rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to appointment.  Rescheduling/canceling after 48 hours prior to appointment or 2nd reschedule, deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.


If a client decides to cancel a fill or full set to a removal, the deposit difference will not be refunded. Your deposit will be kept as payment for the removal.


If the client is more than 15 min late will result in deposit will be forfeited and appointment cancelled.

Please cancel/reschedule if you have a stye, pink eye, lice, feeling sick, have or was exposed to COVID 19.


No shows will result in deposit being forfeited and will not be allowed to book again.


REFILL + TOUCH UP POLICY 

1 week fill touch up (before 10 days after appointment) are to have least 65% or more lashes left in tact after grown out lashes are removed.

2- 3 weeks fills (before 21 days after appointment) are to have least 50% or more lashes left in tact after grown out lashes are removed.

40% left in tact after grown out lashes are removed  will be + $15 onto fill price.

Anything less than 40% in tact and/or past 21 days will charged a new set.


TOUCH UPS

If client is experiencing extreme fallout right after appointment, contact me ASAP within 48 hours and send pictures. Come back within 72 hours after appointment small touch up is free. Free touch up will be under 30 min. Anything after 72 hours is considered a 1 week fill touch up. Client’s retention is based on Client’s lash aftercare.


REFUND POLICY 

  • In rare case client has a reaction during the process, Rosajane will stop & remove lashes free of charge. Deposit will be non-refundable for time/materials lost.
  • In rare case client is unhappy with results or has an allergic reaction after appointment, Rosajane will not be held liable and there are no refunds under any circumstance.


APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

  • Please be on time. Be early by 5 min early. Late more than 15 min appt is cancelled. Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please arrive wearing a FDA approved face mask covering. Face mask is required to be worn the entire time.
  • No extra people/kids allowed. Anyone waiting for you will have to come back.
  • Come to appt with NO MAKEUP or SKINCARE AT ALL (This means no brows, foundation, concealer, etc). Wash your face with a cleanser before you come. You will have a headband around your head and eye pads on. Any makeup will get materials dirty, but also will ruin the retention of your lashes.
  • Make sure lashes are extremely clean and not oily (Remove all traces of oil, mascara, liner, etc)
  • Take a shower before your appt. You will not be able to get your lashes wet for 24 hours.
  • No Caffeine before appt.
  • Remaining payment on the day of must be made in Cash only @ end of service.
  • For fill appointments, if less than 40% lashes left intact a full set is charged. Please be prepared.


COVID-19 UPDATES/REMINDERS

Rosajane Castaneda is a licensed cosmetologist trained to follow sanitation procedures and will continue to do so to keep her clients safe.


Please let me know ahead of time if you have traveled recently, been sick, or come into contact with anyone who has been sick or might have been exposed to COVID-19. You must quarantine yourself for at least 2 weeks (14 days) before having an appointment with me. 


If you are having any symptoms of sickness such as cough, fever, sneezing, etc. Please let me know ahead of time. We will not be able to proceed with your appointment.
